AI Adoption Specalist

About the Role

This role sits between change, enablement, and delivery. You'll help clients adopt AI in practical ways, translating new capabilities into repeatable workflows, training plans, stakeholder engagement, and operational uplift.

What You'll Do

• Support client teams through AI adoption programs and capability uplift
• Design training, onboarding, and workflow rollout plans for new AI solutions
• Gather feedback from end users and translate it into delivery improvements
• Work with project leads to identify adoption blockers and mitigation actions
• Produce clear enablement materials for technical and non-technical stakeholders
