Agentic Workflow Designer

About the Role

A hybrid role sitting between solution design and technical delivery. You'll lead the discovery and design of agentic workflow solutions, mapping business processes, identifying automation opportunities, designing agent architectures, and overseeing implementation. Ideal for someone who can lead workshops with business stakeholders in the morning and review orchestration code in the afternoon.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery workshops to identify and prioritise agentic AI use cases
• Design end-to-end agentic workflow solutions with clear handoff points and human-in-the-loop controls
• Own the technical design documentation and solution architecture diagrams
• Oversee implementation across a small delivery team
• Present solutions and progress to senior client stakeholders
